Welcome to Wonderflow (“Wonderflow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

The Wonderflow app, platform, and related tools (the “App”)
Wonderflow’s marketing, design, SEO, paid media, and consulting services (the “Agency Services”)
The Wonderflow website and any other products or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Wonderflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Accounts

To access the Wonderflow App, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account with other users unless your plan explicitly allows team access

Wonderflow is not responsible for activity occurring under your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 App Subscriptions

The App is offered through free and paid tiers. Paid tiers are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless canceled.

You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your account.

3.2 Agency Services

Agency Services may require separate proposals, statements of work (“SOWs”), or agreements. If there is a conflict between a signed SOW and these Terms, the SOW governs.

3.3 Trials

If you start a free trial, you will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Past charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the App or Agency Services. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App
Use the App to generate spam, misleading ads, or illegal content
Upload harmful code or interfere with platform functionality
Use Wonderflow to manage campaigns for illegal products or activity

Wonderflow may suspend or terminate accounts violating our rules.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Wonderflow owns all rights to:

The App
Templates, workflows, and pre-built marketing assets
Creative, strategy frameworks, scripts, and proprietary technology
Software, features, and documentation

Your paid subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes.

For Agency Services, final deliverables become yours to use once payment is received in full. Wonderflow retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

6. Data & Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Wonderflow. You provide Wonderflow a license to store, process, and use your content solely for delivering the Services.

You represent that you have the rights to the materials you upload.

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated content may be used freely by you. Wonderflow does not guarantee:

Accuracy
Legal compliance
Performance outcomes

7. Third-Party Integrations

You may connect third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, GA4, etc.). Your use of those tools is governed separately by their own terms.

Wonderflow is not liable for issues caused by third-party systems.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Wonderflow does not guarantee:

Specific marketing results, ROI, or performance
Continuous availability
Error-free operation

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Wonderflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
You do not pay
Your activity poses risk to Wonderflow or others

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
